Who Are We?

A family bakery you can depend on. Combining two key ingredients: experienced bakers with key individuals who know the food service, catering and retail industry, inside out.

Your Daily Bakery is led by Dave and Bobby Samra. Dave Samra has been serving bread and dairy products to customers within the food service, catering and retail industry for well over 30 years so he knows a thing or two about providing customers with excellent service.

Our goal is to ensure you and your customers are delighted with our freshly baked products, through thick and thin. To achieve this aim, the bakery has brought together experienced bakers from reputable local crusty bread bakeries closed before and during the pandemic, including Your Daily Bread, Black Country Bakery and Shrewsbury Bakery. Effectively becoming a merged bakery with bags of baking experience.

What can we offer you?

Variety, consistency and quality.

We are passionate about baking great quality and freshly baked bread, cobs and cakes, specifically catered to the local market. Do we sell burnt cobs to meet demand in the Black Country? You bet. Large cottages too? Of course.

Aided by the wonderful former owner of Breaking Bread in Cannock, we added cakes to our product line last year. Cakes are quickly become our fastest selling product range; egg custards, jam and coconut madeleines, creamed Belgian buns and carrot cakes are flying off our production line.
